My Eyes are goin'

Just came to the hard realization that my eyes are starting to drift away from the relm of 20/20. It was getting hard to do detail work when I had to hold the piece about 20" from my eyes!...so I went and got one of those Optivisor things.




I feel so Bionic!

New Computer

 

The wife and I just dropped $1300 on a new computer…I had the wireless set up in about 10 min.  Just in the five years since my last Dell, it’s come a long way, Damn!  Now I have this fancy BLOG icon on the edge of my screen that will tell me to update, and post some crap that strikes me as Cool.  I guess I’m becoming a Wonk.

1/35 scale work "The Hammer"...back to my Mak. roots

This is a 1/35 scale build of a Heavy Armor patrol ship. The interior is super detailed including a pilot pointing to the sky, and the ground crew responds with a thumbs up. The acrylic tri-tone paint job was washed, picked, and dusted.

1/16th scale "Railbike"

Just finished this one up in time for the NorWest Con art show. It got raves from other artists and viewers. It's made from parts from the stash.
